Floral Events, Inc. is a florist in Houston, Texas. This page explains what we collect when you
use floralevents.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We do not sell your information to
anyone.
What we collect
Only what you give us, and only where you give it:
- Our contact form and our order form — your name, email address, phone number, the
occasion, the date you need flowers, and, when you ask for delivery, the delivery address and any card
message you write. - Email and phone — whatever you send us when you write or call.
- Ordinary web traffic — our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser,
pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
Why we collect it
To design and quote your arrangement, to deliver it to the right place on the right day, and to
reply to you. Nothing else. We contact you about your own request; we do not add you to a marketing
list from a form submission.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make the site work, and only for that purpose:
- Our web hosts, who run the website and the order form.
- Our email provider, which delivers your confirmation and our reply.
- Our delivery drivers, who need the address.
We share information with law enforcement only where the law requires it.
Instagram and other embedded content
Pages on this site may show posts from our Instagram account. Those are loaded by Instagram, and
Instagram may set its own cookies and see that you visited the page. Their privacy policy governs
that, not ours.
How long we keep it
We keep order and enquiry records for as long as we need them for our business records — so we can
recreate an arrangement you loved, and so our books are complete. You can ask us to delete yours.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] and ask us for a copy
of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
